Nick Synko
Nick
Synko has worked in a variety of management assignments for more
than 25 years. His corporate experience ranges from manufacturing
plants to corporate offices. His last corporate assignment was as
the manager of Executive and Professional Development for a 15,000
employee company.
In
1991 he founded Synko & Associates, a consulting and training
firm specializing in the development of individual, team and leadership
skills.
Current
clients range from major divisions of multi-national firms to organizations
of less than 100 people.
In
addition to a lengthy history in the automotive industry, Nick has
significant experience in the following industries and organizations:
biomedical/biological products, medical devices and supplies, health
care, electronics, computer assembly, home appliances, oil and gas
production and distribution, metals and numerous religious and non-profit
organizations.
His
list of clients includes numerous schools. His long relationship
with corporate America has provided a comprehensive insight into
the fundamental skills employers are seeking in today's employees.
Nick has worked with educators and students in a variety of settings
including: middle school and high school career preparation, vocational
training, special education, community colleges, specialty colleges
and four-year institutions.
David McDonagh
David McDonagh MBA/JD is an energetic attorney/businessperson who has worked in and with several privately held, and publicly held North American and International Organizations. Mr. McDonagh has held a number of leadership and advisory roles in organizations for over 30 years. He recently was a principal in a privately held medium sized sales and engineering company located in the Midwest.
He has also worked with various national and international organizations as a consultant helping them in business, sales and organization development.
Current consulting work has taken him throughout the Midwest and Southern United States to the Pacific Rim with organizations that vary from start ups to divisions of multi-national organizations.
Mr. McDonagh has worked with companies and non profit organizations in the Sales Improvement, Organizational Development, Transactional Law, Marketing/Business Plan analysis and in the Finance arenas of various businesses to help them plan and take action in a holistic and moral style to meet the needs and goals of all stakeholders.
His list of clients includes non-profit organizations. His work in and with corporate clients has helped them to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities through financial analysis, legal review, and sales/marketing effort design which takes into account the key skills and objectives of the organization and it’s employees. Dave is an articulate professional, leader and communicator who utilizes his effective interpersonal and presentations skills in client/customer presentations as well as internally within an organization to formulate, facilitate and implement plans of action that meet and exceed the goals of everyone involved.
