Who should attend?

Natural work teams, that is, people who work together in a departmental or functional area.

Can teams be cross-functional?

Yes, however, while getting started, it is best to focus on functional improvements and to create a series of quick wins which can be easily implemented.

What if there is a cross-functional issue that needs to be immediately addressed?

If that is the case, the training may focus entirely upon that cross-functional issue.

How do I know it will work?

You may check references. However, also consider our complete satisfaction pledge: If at the end of the program, participants are not completely satisfied with the content or delivery, there will not be a charge. Guaranteed.

Do you follow through to ensure team success?

Yes, most clients are very interested in follow through and use Synko & Associates to work with initial teams as partners in the areas of process improvement and problem solving.

What is the recommended class size?

12-15 participants

What makes TIPPS different?

Concepts for workplace success are presented in a down-to-earth manner that is easily understood by all levels of participants. Stories and related workplace illustrations make key concepts interesting and memorable. The instructor is an expert in process improvement with twelve years of directly applicable implementation experience.

Who is the instructor?
